- Greet customers, offer assistance, and drive engagement and conversion through suggestive selling.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to explain value and build brand loyalty.
- Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience; seek feedback and convey opportunities to management.
- Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives per brand standards.
