About the Role PVH's Sales Associate reports to the Store Management team and serves as Brand Ambassador, guiding and building loyalty with customers throughout the sales process in our Tommy Hilfiger store in Carugate. The role emphasizes representing PVH Italia values and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining store standards. What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with an international clientele, providing product details and PVH Italia values
- Apply effective sales techniques to achieve targets and sell with integrity
- Promote the company's culture and image by acting as Brand Ambassador
- Contribute to a professional and motivating work environment
- Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards on the shop floor
- Check stock levels on the selling floor and replenish as needed to ensure full product range and sizes are available What We're Looking For
