- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships
- Implement personalised clienteling campaigns, maintain CRM data and capture qualitative client information
- Know your portfolio of clients and actively engage in omnichannel initiatives to grow sales
- Support boutique management with training, KPIs and commercial activities; work to achieve defined sales, KPI and CRM targets
- Maintain impeccable store environment, back-of-house operations, and grooming; inform management of repairs or structural needs
