- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating Crocs' core values
- Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, stockroom operations
- Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
