- Sales & Customer Experience: Understand and work toward daily and monthly sales goals. Apply sales strategies defined by management. Offer warm, personalized, brand-aligned service.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Actively participate in team sales challenges. Support colleagues and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment. Communicate issues to the Manager and suggest improvements when needed.
