About the Role Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be stationed at designated 3C HUB retail outlets, engaging walk-in customers, promoting our phone financing solution, and guiding them through the onboarding and application process. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a passion for helping customers access mobile devices through flexible payment plans. What You'll Do
- Actively approach and engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote Flexi MFB’s mobile installment financing product.
- Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documentation.
