About the Role AAA is hiring a Sales Agent in Erie, PA to source and develop leads, prospect and network, and drive monthly sales while delivering outstanding service. What You'll Do
- Source, develop leads, prospect and continually network
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with competitive drive
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; provide excellent customer service and retain clients
- Be self-motivated to build a profitable business and manage licensing requirements What We're Looking For
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
- Computer experience and good organizational skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen Nice to Have
