About the Role The Safety Officer at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort is responsible for professionally conducting inquiries into security incidents, coordinating follow-up activities, and ensuring sensitive handling of emergencies to prevent further escalation. What You'll Do
- Professionally conduct full inquiries and follow-up activities for all security-related incidents.
- Carry out formal searches on employees, locker rooms and place of work as directed by hotel management, with the presence of the Human Resources Executive as a witness.
- Ensure all interviewees or those searched are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
- Organize the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of an emergency. What We're Looking For
- Ability to conduct professional security incident inquiries and follow-up actions.
- Experience with formal searches conducted with HR witness present.
