Safety Dojo Training Coordinator

Job Description

The Training Coordinator plans, schedules, and coordinates safety training activities delivered in the Safety Dojo Room, ensuring sessions are well-prepared, properly documented, and aligned with site HSE requirements and operational priorities. The role supports trainers and learners by managing logistics, training records, learning materials, and continuous improvement actions to strengthen safe behaviors and reduce workplace risk. Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Safety Dojo Room, including room readiness, equipment availability, and adherence to housekeeping standards. Maintain the training calendar: schedule sessions, manage invitations/attendance lists, and coordinate with departments to optimize learner participation. Support facilitators with session logistics (sign-in sheets, assessment tools, and practical demonstrations).
