The RSM will be responsible for: Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and manage a team of Professional Sales Representatives to ensure territory sales targets, SFE and call objectives are consistently met.
- Align team activities with broader marketing and organizational goals.
Sales Target Achievement
- Optimize and maintain the sales function across the allocated territory to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- This involves daily field visits to coach, support and guide the sales team.
Event Coordination & Representation
- Support the planning and execution of divisional initiatives such as conferences, speaker programs, and promotional events—both regionally and nationally (CMEs/CDPs etc).
