Main Functions
- The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, servicing, maintaining, and preparing guest rooms, suites, corridors, and assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and presentation expected of a superior luxury hotel. The role ensures that every guest room is spotless, fully stocked, aesthetically arranged, and ready for occupancy while delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall guest experience.
- The Room Attendant is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate attention to detail, respond promptly to guest requests, report maintenance issues, and comply with all housekeeping procedures, health and safety regulations, and luxury hospitality standards.
