About the Role The Therapeutic Area Manager is responsible for managing internal and external resources, servicing customers, delivering product scientific information, collecting needs and feedback, and ultimately improving patient outcomes. The role leverages disease-area strategies to communicate key Roche product information to doctors and experts, promote standardized treatment practices, and contribute to improved diagnostic accuracy within the ecosystem. What You'll Do

• 基于公司产品策略，向医生和专家传递关键产品信息，提升认知并传播医学信息，帮助制定规范治疗方案。
• 管理内部与外部资源，服务客户，收集需求与反馈，协调资源以提升患者获益。
• 进行学科建设与临床/病理医生的访谈，按时按质收集并分析疾病领域洞见，整理反馈；组织、协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议，推动治疗规范的建立。
• 支持疾病全程管理，协助患者解决方案，关注全程管理和治疗方案优化。 What We're Looking For
• 3年以上医药行业工作经验。
• 既往有销售/市场/医学经验的跨职能背景者为佳。
• 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历。
