Job Description
- The Road / Earthwork Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing on-site earthmoving, road construction, and civil earthwork operations.
- The role ensures that all road alignments, excavation, filling, sub-base, base course, and compaction activities are executed according to engineering specifications, project drawings, safety standards, and strict quality control measures.

Field Operations & Site Execution:
- Direct and supervise day-to-day earthwork and road construction activities, including clearing, grubbing, excavation, embankment filling, grading, sub-grade preparation, and paving support.
