About the Role Abbott Diagnostics is seeking a per-diem RN Trainer to provide personalized Face-2-Face training to Acelis Connected Health’s home testing customers. This role covers obtaining finger stick samples, operating PT/INR products, and reporting responsibilities. The position is state/city specific and involves travel to customer homes.
What You'll Do
- Remotely set up training appointments directly with the customer/caregiver
- Travel to the customer's home within the general geographic area of the trainer's home
- Demonstrate and instruct the customer and/or caregiver on proper use and care of PT/INR equipment
- Explain test reporting options
- Present yourself professionally
- Accurately document and submit patient training records electronically
- Maintain communications with Acelis Connected Health via cell phone and internet access
