About the Role The Ambulatory Nurse Supervisor oversees the daily clinical operations and clinical care of patients in the ambulatory setting. When needed, this role also fills in as a clinician supporting the daily operations of the clinic. What You'll Do
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
- Provides direct supervision to on-site nursing, clinical staff and/or administrative staff, conducts performance evaluations, manages time and attendance and initiates corrective action when appropriate.
- Facilitates and/or provides continuing education to staff and patients.
- Demonstrates decision making and leadership activities and ethical behaviors in accordance with policy and ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and HIPAA guidelines.
