About the Role Join Logan Health Children's in Kalispell, Montana, as an RN in the Pediatric ICU (PICU). This role primarily serves the PICU but also provides support across pediatric services, offering a unique opportunity to care for a wide range of young patients in a collaborative environment. If you have at least 2 years of PICU experience, you may qualify for a generous sign-on and relocation package. What You'll Do
- Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU.
- Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed.
- Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment.
- Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
