About this role
About the Role The RN Nurse Auditor conducts concurrent audits of Medical Records to verify demographic data accuracy and the completeness of clinical documentation. The role includes pre-auditing medical records for accounts scheduled for audits by insurers and external agencies, and leading Process Improvement Teams to record, quantify, and correct deficiencies. You will represent Patient Financial Services and share audit findings with the Hospital Chart Audit Committee and Compliance Officer. What You'll Do
