About the Role RN Emergency at Northridge Hospital Medical Center (Dignity Health) in Northridge, CA. Provide emergency nursing care, coordinate patient care, and assess risks in a Level II Trauma Center. What You'll Do
- Deliver care in the emergency department
- Coordinate patient care across interdisciplinary teams
- Assess patient risks and triage appropriately to ensure timely, effective treatment What We're Looking For
- Active RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 3 years acute care RN experience in the specialty
- BLS certification
- PALS and/or ENPC
- Trauma Nurse Core Course
- Fire safety training
- Strong clinical judgment and interdisciplinary leadership Nice to Have
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Cerner and MediTech
