About the Role Join the ICU/critical care team at Greenville Hospital as a Registered Nurse in a high-acuity environment. This on-site night-shift role delivers direct patient care in a 36-bed unit focused on cardiac surgical and critical care patients, with opportunities to develop solid med/surg and progressive/ICU experience within the Corewell Health network. What You'll Do
- Provide nursing care according to ANA standards and Michigan state regulations using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation and evaluation).
- Deliver direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, including monitoring, medication administration, aseptic technique, lines/tubes management, and rapid response when needed; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; document and communicate effectively; support patient safety and quality outcomes.
