About the Role
Airbnb is seeking a strategic, non-technical risk governance leader to design and evolve risk frameworks, the risk registry, and executive risk narratives for Community Support. You will partner closely with the Insider Threat program to contextualize investigations, AI/ML outputs, and operational signals into risk-informed decisions and remediation actions. You will also lead governance for AI systems touching Community Support and drive systemic root cause resolution across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own the strategic design and evolution of risk frameworks, the risk registry, and executive risk narratives for Community Support.
- Translate investigative findings, AI/ML model outputs, operational signals, and emerging threats into decisions and actions that protect Airbnb.
