About the Role Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking a highly motivated Ride and Handling (Vehicle Dynamics) Engineer II at our Irvine, California facility. The role focuses on evaluating ride and handling performance for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis prototype and production vehicles, conducting both subjective and objective evaluations, and driving development activities with global teams.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate the performance of Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis prototype and production vehicles for Ride & Handling and other customer-related attributes.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate test vehicles, and manage supplier activities.
- Perform subjective and objective vehicle evaluations, identify potential customer complaint issues, investigate root causes, and propose countermeasures.
