About the Role Reddit is seeking a Revenue Growth & Strategy Partner to solve Reddit’s highest-priority commercial opportunities. As a strategic advisor to Reddit's senior Sales leadership, you’ll shape commercial strategy through analytical rigor and first-principles thinking, translating priorities into scalable operating models that improve seller effectiveness, drive advertiser outcomes, and accelerate revenue growth. Your initial focus will be leading two of our most strategic initiatives – Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System – with opportunities to tackle new, high-impact org-wide commercial challenges.
