You’ll lead world-class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution, bring beloved brands to life on shelves, and energize retail teams through strong relationships and flawless retail execution. - Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts by utilizing retail selling methodologies and executing customer plans.
- Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring and coaching to performance development.
