About the Role
This position assists the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operational, sales, and merchandising objectives, while delivering outstanding customer service. It also focuses on maintaining a safe and productive work environment and training Team Members on the policies and procedures. What You'll Do
- Execute assigned basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities.
- Perform Opening/Closing procedures.
- Transport and make deposits to bank.
- Assess store conditions and assign duties.
- Organize and prioritize workflow using the daily planner.
- Recover merchandise; participate in mandatory freight process; perform price changes.
- Resolve customer complaints/issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and respond to alarms.
- Communicate with Team Members on job functions and financial goals.
