- Drive store performance by achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and excellent service.
- Manage payroll to maintain profitability while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Communicate and act on merchandise opportunities with Store/Assistant Store Manager; handle inbound and outbound merchandise.
