About the Role PUMA is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor in Carlsbad to uphold high standards of customer experience in line with brand values. This role supports store performance by balancing service excellence with profit-driving planning and operations. What You'll Do
- Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
- Help the store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and exemplary service.
- Manage payroll to maintain a highly profitable location while delivering top-tier customer service.
- Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.
- Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
