About the Role The Retail Supervisor will provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s brand values and service standards, while helping the store achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through effective short- and long-term planning and scheduling. What You'll Do
- Ensure exceptional customer service and store performance; meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets; manage scheduling and payroll to maintain a profitable location.
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing employees.
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store or ASM and help optimize assortment and promotions.
- Maintain adherence to all policies and procedures; uphold a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment; work non-traditional hours as needed.
