About the Role Join PUMA as Retail Store Manager at The Style Outlets in Vicolungo (NO). You will lead a dynamic team to drive sales, promote a fast and vibrant selling culture, and ensure excellent customer service in line with the PUMA brand values. What You'll Do
- Rende PUMA lo sport brand più veloce al mondo attraverso la gestione strategica e la promozione della cultura di vendita.
- Hire, manage and train a high-performing team and ensure training programs are executed.
- Ensure store achieves sales and KPI targets through mid-long term strategies, cost control, selling and customer service.
- Guarantee high standard of customer service following PUMA values.
- Analyze customer profiles and sales trends; communicate feedback to Area Manager.
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound merchandise; manage inventory counts; perform physical inventory per Loss Prevention rules.
