About the Role Newell Brands is seeking a Store Manager for Tinley Park, IL to lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and oversee store operations to drive profitable top-line growth. What You'll Do
- Build a high performing team aligned to Newell Brand Values; recruit, hire, develop, inspire, and retain talent; manage onboarding and ongoing development; address HR-related situations; establish succession plans.
- Create an engaging guest experience by understanding needs, applying product knowledge, making emotional connections, and coaching selling behaviors; drive guest loyalty via the Rewards program and KPI tracking.
- Maintain store appearance by executing plan-o-grams, visual standards, signage, cleanliness, and signage; optimize scheduling to maximize sales and control payroll.
