About the Role Retail Specialist at REP Fitness in Lafayette, CO. This in-person role supports customers, drives sales, and maintains an engaging showroom experience to showcase gym equipment and apparel. What You'll Do
- Serve customers, process sales, and maintain showroom presentation
- Provide product knowledge and basic technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Lift up to 50–100 lbs occasionally What We're Looking For
- In-person retail experience with strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and handle basic product tech support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Passion for fitness and REP brand culture Nice to Have
- Experience in gym equipment or fitness retail environments Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $22-$23 per hour
