- Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
- Greet customers, understand their needs, educate on product features and benefits, and resolve questions or problems.
- Transact sales through suggestive and multiple selling, and close effectively.
- Accurately measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance products.
- Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat, organized, fully stocked, and properly labeled.
