- Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model
- Greet customers, understand needs, educate on product features and benefits, and solve questions or problems
- Transact sales via suggestive/multiple selling and effective closing
- Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product; inform about promotions
- Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced
- Protect products: greet customers, manage security tags, monitor floor merchandise, report shrinkage
