About the Role Retail Sales Associates ensure our retail stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. They use expert product knowledge and proper selling techniques to assist customers throughout every step of the transaction, positively representing the New Balance brand. What You'll Do
- Greet customers and establish contact; understand their needs; educate on product features and benefits
- Solve customer questions and problems; transact sales through upselling, suggestive selling, and effective closing
- Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product; inform about promotions; keep floor neat, organized, and well stocked
- Ensure items are labeled and price marked; protect products by tagging, monitoring floor, reporting shrinkage and violations; follow safety regulations and report accidents What We're Looking For
