About the Role Retail Sales Associates ensure our retail stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. They use proper selling techniques and product knowledge to assist customers throughout the transaction while positively representing the New Balance brand. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
- Greet customers, understand needs, educate on product features and benefits, and help with fittings.
- Conduct transactions with suggestive selling, multiple selling, and effective closing; process payments.
- Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products; inform about promotions.
- Maintain floor appearance, labeling, price tagging, and secure merchandise; report shrinkage.
