About the Role New Balance is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for its Philadelphia, PA location. This role supports customer service and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment and represents the New Balance brand. Pay range is $13.40 - $16.80 - $20.15 hourly; actual base pay varies by experience, timing, internal equity, location, and other factors. What You'll Do
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable New Balance products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain in-store presentation, stock shelves, and assist with merchandise replenishment.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service. What We're Looking For
