This role is for a Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, run demonstrations in an Experience Centre/showroom, support sales transactions, and ensure excellent post-purchase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and conduct an orientation of the Experience Centre.
- Guide customers to demonstrations, design sessions, product purchases, or follow-up appointments.
- Maintain the physical presentation of the showroom, including product displays, lighting, signage, and seating arrangements.
- Ensure all demo products are ready for customer use throughout operating hours.
- Report maintenance and technical issues through the appropriate channels.
- Process product purchases accurately and ensure all sales are properly documented.
- Confirm payment before releasing products.
