About the Role MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Retail Processor for our St Joseph store - Faraon team. The role supports our mission, Changing Lives Through the Power of Work, by processing donations, sorting merchandise, pricing items, stocking the sales floor, and delivering friendly service to customers and donors. What You'll Do
- Handle all donations with care and respect; sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash) per guidelines.
- Inspect items for quality and determine the best channel (sales floor, recycling, online).
- Identify and price items using the AMI pricing software; maintain high-quality standards while working quickly.
- Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain clean store areas; uphold store cleanliness standards.
