The Retail Employee is the face of the organization. As a Retail Employee at TUI you make customers happy with an unforgettable memory. A vacation should be a celebration, wherever the journey goes. Your task, as Maker of Happy, is to make the orientation and booking phase of the trip as pleasant as possible. Sometimes the perfect trip is found quickly, sometimes it takes a bit more effort. You guide the customer, offer various options and ensure a positive experience. You ensure the customer leaves Happy!
