Job Description
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Achieve Individual Sales and Store sales targets as well as other personal retail metric targets given (i.e Average Transaction Value (ATV), Personal Conversion Rate (CR), Unit Per Transaction (UPT), CXE result)
- Achieve high service standards as per Mystery Shopper Program & GUESTS guidelines and checklist
