About the Role Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service; supports Store Manager with recruitment, training and development, with a 50/50 split between selling/engagement and shipment processing; acts as Store Manager in their absence. What You'll Do
- Ensure store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control and service excellence
- Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing Associates and Supervisors
- Spend 50% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching; 50% processing shipments
- Act as Store Manager when Store Manager is away; assist with performance appraisals
