About the Role You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects within Richemont's Retail Accounting team, focusing on improving process efficiency, optimizing balance sheet reconciliations, and partnering with retail and e-commerce divisions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute to key projects within the Retail Accounting team, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Optimize balance sheet reconciliation processes to improve accuracy and efficiency; proactively reconcile GL accounts (trade debtors, VAT, deposits) and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with retail and e-commerce teams to align financial operations with business objectives; serve as primary contact for boutiques on processes and controls.
- Ensure timely month-end closing in accordance with Group policy.
