About the Role A Restaurant Server at House of Blues Cleveland will be responsible for suggestively upselling food and beverage items in a friendly and helpful manner to all guests. This is a part-time role that provides opportunities to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a lively live-music venue. Salary: Hourly plus tips. What You'll Do
- Upsell food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift.
- Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Assist other employees as needed.
- Follow opening, running, and closing procedures, checking out with the manager on duty.
- Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and HOB alcohol policies.
