- Lead a team of happy, friendly foodies, modeling customer-focused service and teamwork.
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, scheduling, and execution of brand standards in a high-volume environment.
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relations to maintain cost controls and supply continuity.
- Coach and develop the team with constructive feedback to drive growth and performance.
- Cross-train staff to master every position in the restaurant and support flexible coverage.
- Build relationships with guests and team members; uphold a positive, inclusive culture.
