Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you'll take the lead on Lana Lusa, our all-day restaurant, while playing a senior role across the wider Food & Beverage operation. You'll shape the guest experience, build and inspire the opening team, and bring together warm, intuitive service with strong commercial performance and a genuine sense of London energy.
