About the Role Join our maintenance team as a Restaurant Maintenance Technician (HVAC & Refrigeration). You’ll manage refrigeration, HVAC, shake machines, and related equipment, with cross-training on hot-side kitchen equipment, across Cook Out locations to keep the engine running. What You'll Do
- Repair and maintain AC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, modular equipment, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
- Learn to repair and maintain specialized kitchen cooking equipment (hot side).
- Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and systems; perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
- Use a company tablet to manage requests and document completions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Service Area Managers (S.A.M.), office staff, and store leadership. What We're Looking For
