About the Role The Restaurant Maintenance Technician supports Cook Out's multi-location stores by repairing and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and hot-side equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll be cross-trained to service kitchen equipment and collaborate with store leadership and service area managers. What You'll Do
- HVAC & Refrigeration: Repair and maintain AC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, modular equipment, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
- Hot Side Maintenance: Learn to repair and maintain specialized kitchen cooking equipment.
- Facility Care: Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and systems; perform self-identified repairs to keep our stores in top shape.
- Tech-Forward Tracking: Utilize a company tablet to manage requests and document completions in a timely manner.
