About the Role Join Cook Out's maintenance team as a Restaurant Maintenance Technician focused on HVAC and refrigeration. You will support multiple restaurant locations, keeping refrigeration, cooling, and kitchen equipment running smoothly, while gaining cross-training on hot-side cooking equipment. What You'll Do
- Repair and maintain AC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, modular equipment, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
- Learn to repair and maintain specialized hot-side kitchen equipment.
- Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and systems; perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
- Utilize a company tablet to manage requests and document completions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Service Area Managers (S.A.M.), office staff, and store leadership.
