About the Role The Responsable de secteur Aderma-Ducray will drive growth of brand ranges within pharmacies and parapharmacies in the defined sectors (including 75 and 92) by implementing field activities, trainings, and BtoB influencer management. The role combines sell-in, sell-out, training, and collaboration with partner networks to ensure optimal visibility and promotion of Pierre Fabre brands. What You'll Do
- Field activity: visit targeted pharmacies/parapharmacies, follow company guidelines for visit planning and frequency, and produce concise growth-focused reports for each visit.
- Sell In: negotiate and take orders, open new markets, optimize restocking via tools (pharmaML, EspacePro, EDI), and monitor orders to minimize shortages.
