Responsibilities and assignments
Comercial: Gestionar a tu equipo de vendedores para garantizar una experiencia omnicanal a mis clientes. Asegurar la rentabilidad de tu departamento, escribir y aplicar los planes de acción necesarios para llegar a los objetivos establecidos. Asegurar que toda la mercancía se reciba y se muestre correctamente de acuerdo con nuestras pautas y estrategias comerciales. Construir y cumplir el presupuesto anual de ventas en tu departamento. Gestionar los indicadores de tu departamento (productividad, margen, inventario, etc)
Humano: Acompañar y desarrollar a los miembros de tu equipo aplicando la política de gestión de personal de Decathlon. Reclutar e integrar los mejores talentos en alineación a la política interna de Decathlon. Asegurar la gestión administrativa del equipo del cual eres responsable de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas por Decathlon.
