About this role
About the Role In collaboration with the store manager, you assist in the overall management of the store. You help ensure the conditions to maximize turnover, the customer shopping experience, and the brand image of the selling floor. You conduct comprehensive sales analyses and implement action plans in line with your objectives, together with the store manager. You also analyze the profitability of merchandising and take appropriate action on product rotation, replenishment, and stock management. You lead and motivate your team, maintaining a positive, energetic, and supportive work environment. You will also participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, development and talent spotting for the team. What You'll Do
